For women and children experiencing abuse, finding safety can be overwhelming. It can mean leaving home quickly, reaching out in fear, or trying to make difficult decisions while carrying the weight of crisis. My Friend’s House exists so no woman has to face that moment alone.

For years, My Friend’s House have provided a safe and supportive place for women and children in the South Georgian Bay area. What began as a response to an urgent community need continues today as a commitment to shelter, support, advocacy, and meaningful change.
