Rooted in the Jewish value of Tikkun Olam—the responsibility to repair and improve our world—the "Be The Light" campaign is a Southern Georgian Bay Jewish Community initiative connecting neighbors with local charities doing meaningful work across Collingwood, The Blue Mountains, Wasaga Beach, and surrounding areas.

We've partnered directly with these organizations because we want to make it easier for people to find where their time, skills, or support can make the biggest difference. By raising awareness of local needs and helping match people with the right cause for them, we're building bridges between those who want to help and those doing the work every day.

Every act of kindness, no matter how small, adds a little more light to our community. Whether you volunteer an afternoon, make a donation, or simply learn more about the people around you, you become part of something bigger—together, we can brighten the path for one another and strengthen the place we all call home.
